Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
 
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
 
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.
 
Important:
We are not liable for parcels that are marked as delivered but are stolen or misplaced, including those left in safe places or with neighbours. We recommend using tracked shipping options and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
 
 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at i nfo@sol-beauty.co.uk.with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we will need proof of damage (e.g., photos of the damaged item and packaging). Once received, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
